Individual who has taken training specifically focusing on photo-epilation and on handling the microdermabrasion device and the Laser F1 Diode. He/she is able to provide laser epilation and microdermabrasion treatments in addition to counselling a client about the best products for his/her skin (Phytomer, SkinBorn).

"Hair Replacement Specialist "
Individual who annually attends several training and refresher sessions. He/she is able to set up and maintain a hair replacement system. All our hair replacement specialists are also hairstylists.

"Esthetician and Electrologist"
Individual holding a diploma from the Ministère de l'Éducation du Québec in "Electrolysis Hair Removal Techniques" and in "Beauty Treatment and Cosmetology." He/she is able to provide laser hair removal and electrolysis treatments in addition to having in-depth knowledge of cosmetology and skin care and being able to advise the client on the many solutions to his/her problems.

"Advisor"
Individual having in-depth knowledge of hair replacement, hair grafts, Ross treatments and products, and a whole range of other solutions to hair problems. Advisors perform consultation, sales, and hair replacement and hair graft client follow-up.
